Bighorn Ranger Belt Buckle Set w/Sterling Silver Cartouche, #2010-1

The lost wax cast Bighorn ranger buckle set is the first of the 2010 annual edition. It is named for the Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming.

The belt buckle set has a 1" (25mm) wide opening and the buckle is assembled from 4 pieces of silver (and gold). The top and bottom scroll-work sections are separate plates that are attached with tiny jewelry screws, as is the domed, engravable gold cartouche. The back of the buckle and tip of this set are also beautifully engraved.

The sculptural detail of this buckle set is simple, but elegant with its clean curves. All the parts are cast in solid sterling silver (and 14K gold) from Neil's original, exquisitely hand engraved masters. It is hand finished and hand signed by Neil. This is truly a unique buckle set, in the genuine tradition of an engraved shotgun, destined to be a classic.
