This is the first of two custom engraved Baja buckle sets for Terry. He hunts pheasants in the Dakotas. Both these sets were engraved from essentially the same design, and while the keepers are very similar, the buckles - especially the shape of the pheasants, and the tips are slightly different. These are good examples of the variations that are inherent in hand-work. The pheasant is 18K gold overlay.
