This fabricated buckle with Mojave keepers and tip represents something new in the 4-piece buckle set genre. It is quite pictorial, yet stylized, and Neil has played with the direction and feeling of the scrolls to express the movement of water from the tip to the buckle. The scrolls around the trout create a "splash", and there is an impression of swirling backwater behind the fisherman. The mirrored design on the side of the keepers are abstracted flies. The trout is overlaid 14K Pink (Rose) Gold, while the fisherman, and the lines and fishing-pole, are inlaid 24K Yellow Gold.
