Engraved silver Mesabi buckle set w/Gold lines '1.oct03'

Marv has a number of Neil's engraved buckles now. He saw the 1" Mojave set, "sengr.mojgoldlns1.jul03" earlier this summer, and wanted a similar design on a 3/4" buckle set. This has the same deep releif background with balanced crosshatching behind the scrolls and only veining (no crosshatching) in the leaves. The mirrored design on the keepers is still relatively new to Neil's work. The keepers on this buckle set have a mirrored gold line-inlay detail on the edge of the keepers. All four pieces of the set have 24K gold line-inlay.
