This one for Rodney, marks a new phase for Neil. He has been fascinated lately by the geographical movement of horses and horsetack through history, and the development of decorative design as part of this history. It is intriguing to follow the thread of Persian and Moorish influences as far back as early Viking decorative art all the way to current European and American gun-engraving styles. This includes the style of decoration of classic cowboy gear both in metal and leather.

The 24K gold line-inlay "H" on the tip is for the initial of Rodney's last name.
