John wanted a Tabula Rasa-style Channel Belt Buckle buckle, but wanted a slightly bigger buckle face. So Neil attached a silver plate slightly bigger than the front of the Tabula Rasa buckle. John really liked the initial and the background on the "3 Sapphires" buckle of 2009, and Neil modified the design to fit his initials.

The intricate lattice-work behind the lettering is deeply carved into the silver, and the lettering is silver overlay with 24K gold line-inlay inside the letters and a thinner line in the outline of the diamond. The bottom 3-spathe leaf is overlay and helps to ground the design.

John really likes that it's very comfortable. Inexplicably though, it doesn't seem to have improved his golf-game, - yet.
